Open the eSIM in My eSIM and tap Install (iOS 17.4+ installs in one tap), or go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code and scan. Label it "Travel", set it as your Cellular Data line, and turn Data Roaming on for that line only. Install while you have Wi-Fi; you can do it before you travel.

Settings > Connections (or Network & internet) > SIM manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code. Then pick the new eSIM for mobile data and enable roaming on it. Menu names vary by brand.

You need an eSIM-capable phone that is carrier-unlocked: iPhone XS/XR or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, and most recent flagships. Check Settings: if you see "Add eSIM", you are good. Phones bought from some carriers may be locked; ask them to unlock it first.

Days start counting when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. Each day is a 24-hour period from that first connection. Unused plans stay valid for 180 days after purchase.

Every plan is Unlimited: 3GB/day at full speed, then unlimited at 1 Mbps. You never run out; after your full-speed data, you stay online at 1 Mbps (fine for maps, messaging, music and email) until the daily reset. Need more speed? Max (where available; the app shows the tiers for each destination): 10GB/day at full speed, then unlimited at reduced speed (about 384-512 Kbps). Brazil: Unlimited is 2GB/day at full speed and Max is 3GB/day, both then unlimited at 1 Mbps.

Yes. F*CK LIMITS is data-only: there is no new phone number. Keep your home SIM on for calls/SMS (turn roaming off on it to avoid charges) and use our eSIM for data. WhatsApp, iMessage and Telegram keep your usual number because they run over data.

Yes, hotspot works on all our plans. It shares the same daily full-speed data (3GB/day, or 10GB/day on Max; in Brazil 2GB/day, or 3GB/day on Max), then continues at reduced speed.

In My eSIM, tap Add more days: pick +7, +15 or +30 days (when your plan supports it, with the new end date shown before you pay) or a data pack. It is added to the same eSIM; no reinstall. Organizers can top up one member or everyone from the Crew screen.

Create a Crew, pick a destination and days, and invite friends with the link. Choose "I pay for everyone" or "Everyone pays their own". Each person gets their own eSIM, but eSIMs are released only when the whole Crew is paid; until then they show as locked with progress (e.g. 3/5 paid). Crews started at fcklimits.com/shop have 48 h: eSIMs are released only when everyone in the Crew pays within 48 h. If not, everyone who paid gets a full refund. Crews get a progressive discount for everyone: 5% for 2 people, 8% for 3, 11% for 4, rising to up to 25% for 10+ (capped per plan; some long plans get a smaller or no discount). Promo codes do not stack with the Crew discount.

Yes, as long as the eSIM was never installed or used (no data), within 7 days of purchase for Brazilian cards or 14 days for everyone else (it goes by the country of the card you paid with). Open My eSIMs and tap Request refund on that eSIM (on the web: Your eSIM > Request refund, or the link in your order e-mail); it only shows when the eSIM is eligible. Once installed or used, it can’t be refunded. In a Crew, each member can refund their own unactivated seat within the same window (the seat reopens if the Crew isn’t released yet; organizer-paid seats refund to the organizer). Refunds take 5–10 business days.

Refund policy

All three are unlimited data for every day of the trip; they differ in how much data you get at full speed each day. Unlimited Lite: 1GB/day at full speed, then unlimited at reduced speed (usually 1 Mbps). Unlimited: 3GB/day at full speed (2GB/day in Brazil), then 1 Mbps. Unlimited Max: up to 10GB/day at full speed (3GB/day in Brazil), then reduced speed. The full-speed allowance resets every 24 hours. Not every destination has all three.

Yes, for solo plans. Turn on auto-renew and the same plan is bought again on your saved card before it expires. Your card is stored by Stripe, not by us. Turn it off anytime.
